POLICIES

SERVICE & BOOKING POLICY At XDetailWorks, we aim to provide exceptional service and a premium experience for every client. To ensure fairness, efficiency, and professionalism, we ask all customers to review and adhere to the following policies regarding scheduling, cancellations, and service expectations. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING All services must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are confirmed once a booking acknowledgment has been sent. Please ensure all contact information provided is accurate so we may reach you if needed. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be credited toward your final service total. CANCELLATIONS Clients may cancel their appointment 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time without penalty beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. RESCHEDULING Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is provided 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation depending on circumstances and will result in the loss of the deposit. VEHICLE CONDITIONING & PRICING ADJUSTMENTS All listed prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Pet hair, heavy staining, biohazards, mold, or other severe conditions may require extra time and incur additional fees. These adjustments will always be communicated prior to starting service. WEATHER POLICY If weather conditions prevent service from being performed safely or effectively, the appointment will be rescheduled to the next available date at no additional cost. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We take pride in the quality of our work. If you discover an area that may have been overlooked, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we can address it promptly. After 24 hours, environmental factors and normal use may impact results. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE For safety and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that presents hazardous conditions, biohazards, or circumstances that may compromise the safety of our team or the quality of the service.
